How Our Network Works
Who You Talk To
After you reach out, you speak with an independent tree removal provider in our network. Celltraffic Tree Service is the connection, not the crew. The provider is a separate local business.
What Happens on the Call
Expect a few simple questions. The provider will likely ask:
- What kind of tree is it, and how tall?
- Where is it? Near a house, fence or power line?
- Is it dead, leaning or storm damaged?
- Do you want the stump removed too?
Photos can help a lot. Many providers can give a rough idea of price by phone, then confirm with a visit and a written quote.
What to Ask a Provider
Good questions save money and stress. Try these:
- Is the quote in writing, and what does it include?
- Does the price cover cleanup and haul-away?
- Is stump grinding included or extra?
- Can you show proof of insurance and licensing?
- Who handles permits, if any are needed?
- What happens if the job takes more work than expected?
If a tree has damaged your home, ask whether the provider can help document the damage. Some policies may cover sudden damage, so check your policy and talk to your insurer.
You Are in Control
You do not have to accept the first quote. Get two or three if you can. Compare scope, cleanup and price side by side. A much lower price may leave something out. A higher one may cover more.
You choose the provider. You approve the work. Celltraffic Tree Service does not make that call for you.
